Our Team
Meaning. Memory. Mathematics.
The team behind the runtime.
Sukh has spent his career at the intersection of enterprise sales, capital markets, and technology infrastructure. Before founding ARX, he built a multi-billion-dollar M&A pipeline at a Goldman Sachs-backed holding company and led NLP algorithm development and applied graph theory at Theia Analytics Group, where his team shipped knowledge graph systems that parse SEC filings.
His background spans product and go-to-market strategy in the Office of the Chief Strategy Officer at Theia, where he managed engineers, PhD candidates, and IP attorneys to develop intellectual property strategy, conducted unit economics and cohort analysis across FinTech and SaaS verticals, and built relationships with institutional investors including CalPERS and BCG. Earlier in non-bank lending, he sourced and structured commercial real estate transactions across a variety of debt instruments.
Sukh studied Philosophy with a focus on formal logic and mathematics at the University of Michigan. He conducted research on primal dual algorithms with Dr. Ming Yan at Michigan State University and completed MIT's invite-only Computational Law program. At ARX, he leads enterprise sales, fundraising, and the company's go-to-market strategy.

Krishnan Menon
Chief Operating Officer
15+ Years in Operations & Turnarounds
Operating Partner, Bandana Capital · Managing Partner, Luminnate
Krishnan brings 15+ years of operating leadership across consulting, product strategy, international expansion, and turnaround management, with a throughline of translating emerging technology (real-time data, IoT, telematics) into business outcomes across financial services, insurance, aviation, and middle-market industrials.
He is Operating Partner at Bandana Capital, a Chicago distressed-asset fund, where he sourced and structured a four-brand e-commerce portfolio acquisition, serves as Fractional CEO of the turnaround, and closed the sale of one portfolio brand at 9X MOIC. As Managing Partner at Luminnate, an independent sponsor platform, he helped raise $400M for FreightWise and $35M for D6, led post-acquisition integration for the No Bake Cookie Company, and launched Packumen, scaling it to $384K ARR at 80% gross margins.
Earlier, as Director of Strategic Initiatives and International Business Development at SmartSky Networks, the Tiger Infrastructure and BlackRock-backed aviation connectivity provider, he held full P&L ownership for the international business unit and built a $75M pipeline, structuring term sheets with Reliance Jio, Solusi Tunas Pratama, and Rogers Telecom while leading customer development with AirAsia, IndiGo, Air India, and WestJet. He built his product foundation at Gogo and CCC Intelligent Solutions, grounded in earlier FP&A consulting for Fortune 500 clients at Accenture and Deloitte. At ARX, he leads operations and applies AI to the work of running the company.
Clark Alexander, PhD
Chief Science Officer
PhD Mathematics, Northwestern
BS Applied Math & BS Physics, Georgia Tech
LinkedInClark holds a PhD in Mathematics from Northwestern University, where his dissertation on Index Theorems on Noncommutative Two-Tori and Hochschild Cohomology for Quantum Special Linear Groups established the mathematical foundations he now applies to AI infrastructure. He also holds dual bachelor's degrees in Applied Mathematics and Physics from Georgia Tech.
His career spans pioneering work in quantum finance, where he authored three of the earliest papers in the field at Chicago Quantum, and most recently co-published a world-record Shor's algorithm factorization on a consumer laptop. He has served as Chief AI Officer at Argentum AI, as a postdoctoral fellow at the Institute of Mathematical Sciences in Chennai, and as a visiting professor at Temple, DePaul, and UIC.
Clark has authored 20+ academic articles, holds three provisional patents in renewable energy IP, serves on the IEEE Subsection on Quantum Information Security, and has delivered conference talks across seven countries. At ARX, he defines the formal specifications and fidelity guarantees that underpin the entire platform, and leads the patent program and federal grant strategy.

Erin Leary
Head of Design & Social Research
PhD Candidate, University of Michigan
BA English, Northwestern University
LinkedInErin leads go-to-market strategy and brand positioning for ARX, translating deep technical capability into clear value propositions for enterprise buyers navigating the AI infrastructure landscape.
As Head of Social Research, she drives the methodology that underpins ARX's understanding of organizational knowledge patterns: how teams actually accumulate and transfer institutional context, and what breaks when that context is lost.
At the University of Michigan, Erin works across the AI Multi-level Institutional Governance, Oversight, Policy, and Evaluation, Critical Futures, and Critical Visualities working groups, and serves as graduate instructor of record.
Her work bridges the gap between what ARX's technology does and why it matters to the people and organizations that need it most.
Ms. Leary is also a published author, illustrator, and designer for various projects involving the human condition.
Why This Team
Four disciplines. One platform.
The AI Gateway for Multi-Agent Enterprise is not a single-discipline problem. It needs mathematics that proves the AI is reasoning correctly, production engineering that runs at bank and defense-prime scale, security and certification depth that clears a federal program, and market clarity that meets a CFO, CISO, and VP Model Risk on their own terms.
That shape is not coincidence. It is the team ARX is built around.
Mathematical Rigor
Machine-checkable proofs, not benchmark slides. Fidelity bounds derived, not asserted. If a claim cannot be formally justified, it does not ship.
Production Engineering
Multi-cloud production runtime, FIPS 140-3 cryptography process-wide via aws-lc-rs (CMVP 4631), Policy-as-code evaluated on every request. Theory that does not survive production does not ship.
Security & Certification
TS/SCI engineering leadership. Offensive cyber background. CMMC L2 in design, FIPS 140-3 in process via CMVP, NIST 800-53 mapping scheduled. The certifications a federal program requires are an engineering output, not a paperwork drill.
Market Clarity
Regulated buyers do not buy architecture diagrams. They buy what stops the next SR 11-7 finding, the next EU AI Act audit, the next DoDD 3000.09 review. We translate capability into the buyer's ledger.
The team is growing.
ARX is looking for engineers, researchers, and field staff who work at the intersection of mathematics, systems, and regulation. If your schedule allows a conversation over the coming weeks, we would welcome the introduction.
