ARX QM Holdings, Inc. (“ARX”) today announced the appointment of Sanford Diday as Chief Strategy Officer. Diday will lead corporate and competitive strategy, corporate development, and go-to-market planning as the company expands its platform for enterprises deploying multi-agent AI systems.
Diday brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate strategy, governance, finance, and growth across technology and business services. He has led or advised organizations across public and private markets, completed two profitable exits, and contributed to institutions and outlets including Nasdaq OMX Group, ICE-NYSE, CNBC, the Los Angeles Times, and the Los Angeles Business Journal.
